Filtration & Drying Systems

Centrifuges

A centrifuge is a solid–liquid separation machine that uses centrifugal force to separate suspended solids from liquids. It is widely used for filtration, dewatering, washing, and drying of crystalline products, slurry separation, and purification operations.

Centrifuges ensure:
✔ High separation efficiency
✔ Faster cycle time
✔ Minimal product contamination
✔ Closed & safe operation (FLP available)

They are used extensively in API/pharma, dyes, intermediates, chemicals, agrochemicals, and food industries.

Common Types:

  • 3-Point / 4-Point Suspended Centrifuge
  • Bottom Discharge Centrifuge
  • Top Discharge Centrifuge
  • Peeler Centrifuge
  • Bag Lifting Centrifuge
  • Inverting Filter Centrifuge
